.: DMRally Albuquerque Fundraiser Meet 5/22/11
Meet Date: Sunday, May 22nd
Meet Time: 10am til 2 pm
Meet Location: Fastino's Restaurant 2600 Juan
Tabo Boulevard Northeast Albuquerque, NM 87112
Hi Everyone, Welcome to another wonderful
round of Subaru fun. We have 3 reasons for gathering all the
Subaru's.
1). The First is to gather around and cheer
on our very own and New Mexico's only Pro Rally Subaru that
has come back from the dead to take on Pikes peak again this
June. We will have the car on display to have everyone poke,
prod and drool over.
2). The Second is to Support the New Mexico
Cancer Center Foundation. As Some of you know Victor Kuhns
owner of the Rally car and long time Subaru Enthusiast has
had a family member recently diagnosed with cancer. We will
be taking donations for the Cancer Center. We are working
directly with Colleen Harris-Kistner, Executive Director of
the NMCCF to ensure your proceeds are distributed honorably.
The administrative costs of the Foundation are underwritten
by the NMCC, so your money can go to support the patients
directly. The funds received by NMCCF go exclusively toward
non-medical expenses and are paid directly to a third-party
payee (i.e., the mortgage company, landlord, utility company,
etc), so you know with certainty where your money is being
used. NMCCF is a 501C3 organization so your donation is 100%
tax deductible. If you would like to make donations prior
to the meet email me and I can send you all the PayPal links.
3). The Third is to Meet and Greet new folks
and see old faces. To have a blast talk shop and see cool
cars. After the Meet and Greet at Fastino's there will be
quite a few of us going on a cruise up North 14 to just south
of Santa Fe and back down to Albuquerque. On a side note if
you are still not done playing with cars on that Sunday a
bunch of car enthusiasts are meeting at Elliot's Bar off of
Alameda(10200 Corrales Road Northwest, Albuquerque, NM) from
about 5:30 -til you get tired. Please send me an Email or
Text if you're going to show up for the meet @ Fastino's.
That way the kind folks that work there can properly staff
the restaurant. :) Which by the way has super tasty food..
Sincerely, Joshua Coleman joscolem@gmail.com (505) 220-0954
